Does the Iron Triangle matter with DevOps?

The trade off between the three corners of the Iron Triangle still exist if you’re using Agile/DevOps tooling and practices.

Scope - the commit, the pull request, the sprint commitment, defintion of done, … Schedule - the morning, the day, the sprint, … Budget - team labor, infrastructure/cloud resources, software licenses, …
